THE FLIPPED CLASSROOM

In a flipped classroom, students will typically watch video lectures online from their home, the nearest library, at a neighbors house as homework and then complete assignments at school during the apprrpriated time for their classroom instruction with their teacher right there to assist them.  This can happen in so many ways, but siffice to say that the student can take in the lecture information literally on their own time, in their own way, and at their own pace.  You can pause, stop, and rewind a part as many times as you like whenver there is any confusion.  If they come to a part they already know or have already mastered tehy can simply fast forward teh section.  This enables teachers to better utilize their classroom time to actually help each student with their questions and needs.
